A geek to the core, I love to study and teach the Word. Sharing the truths of Scripture is one of my favorite things. Whether sipping tea with friends to catch up on life, taking a walk with my husband through the neighborhood, or cheering on my kiddos at their sporting events, there’s not a lot of downtime. But when there is, I dig into the Word with full gusto!
As a little girl, my best friend and I found it our greatest curiosity to know what our names meant. And as you may have predicted, mine means “full of grace.” I had no idea what exactly that meant at the time. But as I have gone along, I find that my name bears testimony to my life. Through my many triumphs and failures, I have discovered my need for God’s grace to fill me and refill me again. My hope is that you will be encouraged as I share these testimonies with you.
Currently, I serve on the praise team at my church and co-teach The Gospel Project in our children’s ministry efforts. I also lead a Women’s Bible Study. I formerly taught Elementary Education before I answered the call of God on my life to be a minister to my family, and writer. If three kids weren’t enough, we have two cats and two dogs and are committed to constant projects for our fixer-upper from 1902. It can get a little haywire from time to time, but I wouldn’t change a thing!
